I swear, this freaked me the hell out...
I was sick over New Years Eve, so I was going to bed early and having some slight hallucinations from the sickness and the medication.
At one point, right after laying down, I opened my eyes and there was a light on. I jumped up and looked around and seen my computer monitor had come on. Basically, some kind of virus blocker had a pop up that turned my screen saver off.
I layed back down and after a few minutes the screen saver came back on and all was well. As soon as my eyes got adjusted to the light, I happened to open them and seen a figure standing at the foot of my bed.
Freaked out, I slowly moved so that I could see what it was at the foot of my bed, and....
...it was my Christmas tree. UGH.

I guess. Damn that freaked me out. Nevermind that it's freaky enough that my screen saver went off and my monitor came on and nothing was on my screen... I'm still getting used to that, because Dell has this problem where they'll just randomly pop up a message telling you some useless garbage and all it is, is a pain in the ass. And so far I haven't figured a way to turn it off. I'll be working on the computer and one of these messages will pop up and it totally throws off what I'm doing. That's the only thing I hate about Dell. So it does that at night but for some reason there's no message. So either it's Dell fucking with me, or it's a ghost that enjoys messing with my mouse.

Is your computer online all the time?
I'm bad about running into walls and stuff when I'm sick. Just a couple of weeks ago I got up in the night sick and tried to navigate my way to the bathroom (which is only about 10 feet away from my side of our bed) and ran first into my own nightstand, then into my dresser, smacked my head on our bedroom TV, stubbed my toe into a box sitting on the floor at the foot of our bed, ran into my wifes dresser, then into the door frame entering the bathroom. I need someone to come get my ass with a wheelchair or something when I'm sick becuase I could break bones.

That sucks.
Yeah, it's on all the time. Cause I got spoiled with the broadband. Now, if I want to get on the computer, I want to get on NOW. No waiting... lol.
