I was talking to a lady over the weekend about Waverly Hills and she told me she used to live in Price Hill and right down the road from her was what I'm guessing was the Cincinnati TB hospital that was probably operating about the same time as Waverly. I'm sure it's smaller than Waverly as well.
In any case, it has also been closed down for a long time, but apparently this one has been forgotten as well, so there's no group doing ghost hunts to raise money to pay for the restoration of the building.
From what the lady told me, the place is VERY creepy, and you get a bad feeling just driving by the place. I would love to find out if we could get in there somehow and do a hunt.
I think the place is called Dunbar or something. I'm going to take a trip there maybe today and see if I can get some pics of it with my camera phone.
EDIT: I just searched for it and finally found the name. It's Dunham. I found a page that talks about a community quilt, and the director of Dunham now helped do a patch for the quilt for Dunham.
Dunham Recreation Complex—This former tuberculosis hospital found new life in the 1970s as a recreation center. Dunham’s director, Diane Glos, who is herself a quilter, created this appliqued design.
I'm still going to try to find this later. Because interestingly enough, when I do a new search on the actual name of the place, I find about 20 different addresses for it.

So far nothing. I didn't go cause I had to go out of town this weekend and had to get some things together before I went. But I'll keep you updated. I plan on going out this week.
